In nearly every home, he endured what no child should face: rape, torture, starvation, and abuse. By the age of 15, he was adopted, but the scars of those years would remain with him forever.

Homelessness followed him time and time again. Malibu lived on the streets four different times, each period shaping his resilience and determination to never stop fighting. He knew God was always with him.  The system that promised safety had abandoned him, and yet he survived.

From Prison to Purpose

At a young age, Malibu found himself in a cycle of pain and hardship that ultimately led to nearly six years in prison. But behind those bars, something changed. Instead of being broken by the system once again, he used that time to learn the law, study his rights, and prepare himself for a life of impact once he was free. Prison became the place where his transformation began.
